Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Jason has deep roots and passion for all fragments Los Angeles has to offer; from the eateries in the NoHo Arts District, to the rooftops in DTLA and the beach towns along the coast.

Jason's passion for LA real estate started in 2010 when he purchased his first condo in Studio City, CA. Since then he has purchased several homes / condos as rental properties in the San Fernando Valley, mainly in the Studio City, Sherman Oaks and North Hollywood areas.
